When you are NOT AT FAULT in the accident
We are able to provide you with a hire vehicle at no cost to you, if you did not cause the accident in question. The “at fault” vehicle’s insurer will pay for the reasonable cost of a hire car.
You will not be subject to any hidden costs or charges.
The costs will be met by the “at fault” vehicle’s insurance company on your behalf. There are no hidden costs or charges that you will be asked to pay.

Accidental Car Rental will ensure that you are back on the road with a replacement hire vehicle in no time and at no cost. The replacement hire vehicle will be provided to you at no cost, as the hire cost will be paid directly by the “at fault” vehicle’s insurer.
